Trinka Trademark, all design drawings, electronic files, bill of materials, vendors list, brochures, Trinka website Domain, customer lists, all current inquiries of potential customers, US Coast Guard registration code, and all other documents, materials and things associated with the design, manufacture and sale of the Trinka 8 & 10 Dinghies.
